Driving Medicals

We also offer driver medical assessments for both private and commercial licences.

If you have a medical condition that could affect your ability to drive safely, your GP is required to assess your fitness to drive and complete a Medical Certificate for Motor Vehicle Driver as part of Queensland Transport regulations.

This may apply if:

• You’re over 75 years old – annual assessment required
• You use insulin – every 2 years
• You take tablets for diabetes – every 5 years

We try to coordinate your Drivers Licence with your
annual Health Assessment for your convenience.
