Dr Ramaswamy completed his medical training at Charing Cross Hospital in London in 1982 and emigrated to Australia in 1990. Prior to becoming a GP Dr Ramaswamy has worked for 3 years doing anaesthetics, 3 years doing obstetrics and gynaecology (delivering over 500 babies) and one year doing ear, nose and throat medicine. After working for 3 years in rural NSW as a GP, Dr Ramaswamy moved to Tewantin in 1997.

Dr Corbett graduated in Medicine from Glasgow University, Scotland in 1996 with a prior degree in Physiology & Sports Science. He emigrated to Australia in 1998 and moved to Tewantin in 2003. He worked in Emergency at Noosa Hospital and as a GP in Cooroy before joining the DOT team in 2013. He has additional experience working in South Africa, Pakistan and in Indonesia post-tsunami. As well as being a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, he has Diplomas in Child Health, Dermatoscopy, and Skin Cancer Medicine & Surgery. He is an accredited Skin Cancer doctor with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia and is comfortable performing both simple and complex skin surgery at Doctors of Tewantin.
Dr Catriona Caddell

Dr Caddell joined the DOT team in 2013. She has previously enjoyed working as a GP in both the UK and Queensland and her experience/qualifications include: Medical degree ( Glasgow University 1996), Physiology & Sports Science degree (Glasgow University 1993), Membership of the Royal College of GPs (UK 2001) and Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of GPs (2002). She has also gained post-graduate Diplomas in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Family Planning and Child Health. In 2016 Dr Caddell became a member of the ISTM (International Society of Travel Medicine) and received the ISTM Certificate in Travel Health (ISTM-CTH) Following her Travel Medicine qualification, Dr Caddell is now running the DOT Travel Clinic to provide pre-travel advice and vaccinations (including Yellow Fever), plus a post-travel service for anyone returning home unwell from their trip. In her spare time, Dr Caddell loves to run or mountain bike along the local bush trails around Noosa and the hinterland, and is also enjoying a new sporting challenge at the local karate club with her two daughters!

Dr Lucy Robson joins DOT after spending the last 7 years in General Practice in Cooroy. Lucy trained in the UK before travelling to Australia. She has wide experience in all aspects of medicine having spent over 10 years working in hospitals in England as well as Australia. Lucy has special interests in Paediatrics and women's health. In her spare time she is a mum to her two girls and plays tennis and enjoys running. She is passionate about making General Practice accessible and comprehensive, especially making it a warm and positive experience for children.
Dr Stephen Grandison

Dr Grandison graduated from Edinburgh Medical School in 1993 and completed his GP training in Scotland in 1998. He worked for 12 years as a GP in the UK before emigrating to Australia in 2011. Dr Grandison has a broad experience in General Practice with postgraduate qualifications in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Family Planning and Prescribing & Therapeutics. He enjoys all aspects of General Practice but has a special interest in Diabetes, Cardiovascular disease and Paediatrics. He firmly believes in good communication and combines a thorough evidence-based approach with a friendly and relaxed consulting style. He has been working as a GP in Noosaville for the last 5 years and is delighted to be joining the team at DOT in June 2016.

Teresa Evans – Teresa graduated as a physiotherapist in 1990 and obtained a Diploma in Practice Management in 2005. Her philosophy is for the overall experience at Doctors of Tewantin to far exceed your expectations. Teresa is very approachable, friendly and willing to assist, from billing to appointments please take time to chat to Teresa if you have any suggestions or require help.

Justine has been working in the medical industry for well over 15 years and has been full time at DOT for the past five. She has completed a Certificate IV in Health Administration.

Julie Whiting - Registered Nurse.

Julie trained in the UK and has lived on the Sunshine Coast for 11 years. After qualifying as a Registered Nurse, Julie completed her orthopaedic nursing training, Childhood Immunisation endorsement, PAP smear and suturing courses. She is widely experienced in all aspects of general practice nursing and we consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have Julie working with us 3 days a week.
Jo Rymer – Registered Nurse & Midwife

Jo has been an RN and midwife for over 30 years. Most recently she managed Selangor Maternity Unit and then moved into Practice Nursing 5 years ago. Jo has wide experience in all aspects of nursing and has a special interest in ante-natal care, post- natal care and paediatrics. She is also qualified to do PAP smears. Jo works 4 days a week and is a huge asset for our pregnant and new mums.
Tracy Foggitt - Registered Nurse.
Tracey graduated from Central Queensland University in 2014 and has been working in General Practice since graduating. She works 2 days a week at DOT.
Anna Watts - Practice Nurse
Anna is currently on leave (probably permanently but we are in denial).

Anna trained in the UK and has been living in Australia for the past 6 years. She works Monday to Thursday and has a special interest in diabetes, wound care, aged care and chronic disease management. Anna is also qualified to do PAP smears.
